The applicant is behind bars for more than five years. His property his attached. When this Court asked learned APP whether the attached property of the applicant is disposed of or not as per the procedure laid down under the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999, learned counsel for the intervenor submits that no action is taken in respect of the attached property.
