By this interim application, the applicant is seeking temporary bail, on the ground that, his nephew is getting married on 15th March, 2026.

It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is behind bars for more than 5 years, applicant has undertaken

22-BA-2541-2025.doc Rohit Ghuge before this court, that he will deposit Rs.99,00,000/- to show his bona fide. As applicant's nephew is getting married on 15th March, 2026, the applicant requested to be released on temporary bail and to allow the application.

It is contention of learned APP along with learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 that, applicant was a Vice President where fraud was committed. The total fraud amount is Rs.3,00,00,000/-. If applicant is released on bail, he may abscond and requested to reject the application. 5.

I have heard all learned counsel.

The applicant is behind bars for more than 5 years. He has undertaken to deposit Rs.99,00,000/-, to show his bona fide as the applicant wants to attend the marriage of his nephew. 7.

Hence, I pass following order.

O R D E R

(i) The Interim Application No. 2642 of 2026 is allowed. (ii) The applicant be released on temporary bail for two days i.e. 14th March, 2026 and 15th March, 2026 to attend the marriage ceremony of his nephew.

(iii) The applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authority on 16th March, 2026 by 4 p.m. Applicant be released on cash bail of Rs.25,000/- and PR Bond of the same amount.

Stand over to 27th March, 2026.
