DATED : 11th JUNE, 2026 P.C. :- 1) Mr. Mule, learned Special P. P. submitted that the trial in the subject matter crime has already commenced. Till date, the prosecution has examined three witnesses. The prosecution will complete the examination of all material witnesses within one year from today and conclude the trial. 2) In view thereof, Mr. Mishra, the learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the prosecution fails to examine the material witnesses and conclude the trial within one year as aforesaid. 3) Leave to withdraw is granted.

4) Application is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 5) It is made clear that the instant Bail Application is not heard on merits.
