By the present Application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 331 of 2025 registered at Karmala Police Station, Solapur for the offences punishable under Section 308(2), 308(3), 308(4), 119(1), 118(1), 115, 351(2), 352, 109, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, under Section 4/25 of the Arms Act and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

Applicant was arrested on 1st May, 2025. Bail Application filed by the Applicant was dismissed on 11th June, 2025. 4.
After having heard the matter for some time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the Application, the learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions of the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court upon the charge-sheet being filed. 5.
Ms. Mhatre, learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the investigation is completed and charge-sheet would be filed within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the above, liberty is granted to the Applicant to file a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court, after filing of the charge-sheet. In the event of such application being filed, the same be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
