Heard the learned advocate for the applicant and the learned APP.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant has been behind bar for more than 5 years and 9 months, yet the trial has not been concluded. Hence, the learned Advocate for the applicant requests that the present bail application be allowed. On 1/2

Considering the submission of the learned APP, if the trial is not concluded within three months, the applicant shall be at liberty to file a fresh bail application.

The present bail application is accordingly disposed of, with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh bail application if the trial is not concluded within a period of three months.
