Heard Mr. Chavan, learned advocate for the Applicant. Mr. Chavan, learned advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is Accused No.10 in C.R. No.4/2021, registered at Bhuinj Police Station, Dist- Satara for the offences punishable under Section 302, 307, 396, 201 and 120-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3(1)(i)(ii), 3(2) and 3(4) of Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999. He submits that the other Accused in the said crime have been released on bail by this Court. He therefore seeks parity and also seeks bail on the ground of long Incarceration.
