Mr. Santosh Mane, learned advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant was arrested on 12th February, 2022. He submits that charge was not framed till 11th March, 2025. He submits that the prosecution has listed 23 witnesses. He submits that considering the slow progress of the trial and the charge being framed almost after three years, the Applicant presses the ground of long incarceration.
