Mrs. Samiksha Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant mentions the matter by filing a praecipe of today's date for speaking to the minutes of order dated 1st July 2025, seeking correction in the cause-title of the order dated 1st July 2025, passed in the present Bail Application. She submits that the name of Applicant is Sudhir Khashaba Sawant. She submits that the name of Applicant is wrongly shown as 'Sudhir Sandeep Sawant' in the cause-title of the Application.

In view of the above, the said typographical error in the cause-title of the order dated 1st July 2025, needs to be corrected as "Sudhir Khashaba Sawant" instead of "Sudhir Sandeep Sawant". 3.

Order dated 1st July 2025 be corrected accordingly and the Gitalaxmi

P-1-BA-2551-2025.doc corrected copy of the said order be uploaded on the official website of this Court.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.
