Mr. Sumedh Modak, learned advocate for the Applicant, submits that Accused No.1 in the said crime, who is alleged to have played a role similar and identical to that of the Applicant (Accused No.3), has been released on bail by order dated 9th October 2024 (at page no. 180). He submits that the FIR, as well as the statements of the eye witnesses recorded, assign a similar role to the Applicant and Accused No. 1. He therefore submits that one of the ground on which the bail Application is pressed is a ground of parity. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondent.
