By the present Application the Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 785/2023, registered with Shirur Police Station, Pune. 3.

Mr. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the Respondent State points out to the order dated 3rd March, 2025 and submits that liberty granted to the Applicant, is required to be availed before the Trial Court, at the first instance.
