Heard Mr. Jaydeep Mane, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for State. 2.

By the present Application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking the following relief :

"b. The applicant may be released on bail for the offence U/s. 302, 307, 120(B), 147, 148, 149, 323, of I.P.C. and Sec. 4(25) of Arms Act. registered at C. R. No. 294/2017 of Pangari Police Stationon such terms and condition which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper."

Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP submits that present Application is the 5th consecutive application filed by the Applicant seeking bail in Crime No. 294 of 2017. She submits that today, the Applicant has withdrawn similar Bail Application No. 2713 of 2025. Ms. Talwalkar

907.BA2561.2025.odt Malhotra, learned APP for the State tenders order dated 10th June, 2025 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 1815 of 2025 filed by the Applicant which was also withdrawn by the Applicant. Copy of the Order dated 10th June, 2025 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 1815 of 2025, is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.

Faced with the above said situation, Mr. Jaydeep Mane, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant seeks to unconditionally withdraw the present Bail Application. Leave granted to withdraw the Bail Application.

In view of the above statement made by Mr. Jaydeep Mane, learned Advocate for the Applicant, Criminal Bail Application No. 2561 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
