By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking Bail in connection with Cr. No.974/2024, registered with Hinjewadi Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 109, 110, 118(1). 189(2), 189(4), 191(2), 190, 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) and Sections 3 and 7 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013.

After having heard the matter for some time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the Application, Mr. Kuldeep Nikam, learned advocate for the Applicant Harish

12-BA-2566-2025.odt on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application by seeking liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstance. Leave as prayed is granted. In the event, any such Application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
