Learned APP submits that the offence under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short "Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ( for short "Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ( for short "POCSO Act") is also registered against the appellant hence the POCSO Act will prevail over the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989 (for short "SC & ST Act"), hence requested to pass appropriate order.
