Heard Mr. Anjani Mishra, learned advocate for the Applicant. It is noticed that though the provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence of 2012 are involved in the crime bearing no.121/2025, the Informant/Victim is not made a partyRespondent. Faced with this situation, learned advocate for the Applicant craves leave to amend the clause title of the Application by adding the Informant/Victim as a party-Respondent No.2. Leave as prayed for is granted. Amendment to be carried out forth with as requested.

Upon amendment being carried out, issue notice to the Harish

Learned advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant was arrested on 17th April 2025. He submits that the maximum punishment in respect of Sections which are charges in the said crime would 5 years. He submits that the chargesheet was required to be filed within a period of 60 days which is not filed according to him. He therefore submits that one of the ground raised in the present Application would be a default bail. 4.
Ms. M. H. Mhatre, learned APP appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondent No. 1-State. 5.
Notice be served to Respondent No. 2 through the Investigating Officer of Kalepadal Police Station, Dist-Pune with a direction to file report of service on or before the next dated of hearing.
