Heard Mr. Shailesh Chavan, learned counsel for the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant is seeking bail on the ground of his long incarceration and parity in the context of co-accused being enlarged on bail on the ground of long incarceration. He places reliance on page nos. 534 and 541 of the paper book wherein, coaccused nos. 1 and 2 have been released on bail by this Court on the ground of long incarceration.
