Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, on instructions, states that the trial has commenced and three witnesses have already been examined. The office report dated 5th February 2026 also indicates that the Applicant has not supplied spare copy till date and hence, notice was not issued. 3.

Considering the aforesaid and the statement of Ms. Bhosale regarding the trial having been commenced, the present Bail Application is dismissed and is accordingly disposed of.
