Mr.Jadhav, learned counsel for the Applicant, states that there are lot of medical issues pertaining to the Applicant inasmuch there is a metal rod inserted in his left upper limb and his jaw and he is ailing in the prison. Hence, he has sought bail on the medical ground.

Ms.Tidke, learned APP representing the State, is requested to call for a report pertaining to the health status of the Applicant from the Jail Superintendent, Taloja Central Prison, Mumbai, within a period of eight days from today. 10th October 2025
