After some arguments, when I was not inclined to grant the relief, Ms. Shaikh, learned counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with a liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after one year, if the trial does not progress substantially.

Since the Applicant is in custody from 13th September, 2023, the Trial Court is requested to frame charges within a period of three months, from the date on which this order is placed before it.
