On 8th August 2025, the following order was passed :- "1.

Mr. Vishal V. Ramkhambe seeks time to verify from the Registry whether the present Application would lay before this Court. He submits that he will verify the said fact from the Registry as such prays for time till Tuesday. Registry to verify.

In view of the said fact, learned Advocates appearing for the respective Applicants in the present Bail Applications request that both the Bail Applications be taken up by this Court. 4.

Ms. Madhavi Mhatre, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that in Criminal Bail Application No. 2606 of 2025, the State/Respondent has not filed reply. She seeks time to file reply till 20th August 2025. Time granted. Mr. Vishal Rankhambe, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the State/Respondent has filed its reply in Criminal Bail Application No. 2593 of 2025.
