By the present application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C. R. No.184 of 2025 registered with Kaleadi Police Station Pimpari Chinchawad, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 418(4), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act, 2023 and 66(C), 66(D), of Information Technology Act, 2000.

Mr. V. N. Sagare, learned APP for the State submits that the Bail Application filed by the Applicant was dismissed on
47-ba-2610-2025.doc 23.05.2025. He submits that the charge-sheet is filed on 03.07.2025.

Mr. Mandaar M. Goswami learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court, in view of the change in circumstance i.e. filing of the charge-sheet on 03.07.2025. Leave as prayed for is granted. In the event, such application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Bail Application No.2610 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
