By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in connection with the Crime No. 610 of 2023 registered with Sangola Police Station, Solapur for the offences punishable under section 363, 366, 452, 143, 147, 149, 504, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under section 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP appears and points out to the Order dated 18th December, 2024 and submits that the liberty granted in paragraph-5 of the order will have to be availed before Talwalkar

Mr. Anand Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application to file fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted by the order dated 18th December, 2024 passed in Bail Application No. 3836 of 2024. Leave as prayed for is granted. Mr. Anand Patil states that application for bail will be filed within 10 days from today. If such fresh bail application is filed before the trial Court within 10 days from today, considering paragraph-5 in the order dated 18th December, 2024, the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of 4 weeks from the first date of hearing of the said Application.

Mr. Patil states that the Applicant shall not seek any adjournment in the bail application before the Trial Court. 6.

In view of the above, Bail Application No. 2614 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) Talwalkar
