By the present Application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 63 of 2024 registered at Cyber Police Station, Nashik City for offence punishable under Section 318(4), 204, 205, 351, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNS") and Section 66-C and 66-D of Information Technology Act.

Applicant was arrested on 11th November, 2024. Criminal Talwalkar
10.BA2619. 2025.odt Bail Application No. 599 of 2025 filed by Applicant was dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-7, Nashik by order dated 15th April, 2025.

After having heard the matter for substantial time and upon this Court expressed its opinion of not being inclined to entertain the Bail Application, Mr. Prashant Yadav, on instructions from the Applicant crave leave to withdraw the present Application by seeking leave to file fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances. 5.
In the event of there being any change in circumstances, the Applicant is always at liberty to file fresh application before the learned Trial Court. In the event such application is filed, the learned Trial Court shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above, Bail Application No. 2619 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
