By the present application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C. R. No.454 of 2023 registered with Wanawadi Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324, 504, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The said crime is now registered as Sessions Case No.1192 of 2023 and is pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge Pune.

After having heard the matter for some time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the bail

14-ba-2628-2025.doc application, the learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances. 4.

Applicant is always at liberty to file a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances. If such application is filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the above, Bail Application No.2628 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
