Heard Ms. Suvarna Yadav, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Amit Palkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent. 2.

On 23rd July 2025, on the request of Ms. Suvarna Yadav, learned Advocate for the Applicant, notice was issued to Respondent No. 2 on urgent basis, considering the statement of Ms. Suvarna Yadav, learned Advocate that the Applicant having serious medical emergency. Notice was made returnable on today, i.e., 25th July 2025. Roznama endorsement dated 24th July 2025 records as follows :- "Advocate for the Applicant has not supplied spare copy till today. Hence, notice is not issued."

However, Mr. Amit Palkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that pursuant to the order dated 23rd July 2025, he personally instructed the Investigating Officer to take steps to serve a copy of the notice on Respondent No. 2. On the basis of his instructions, notice has been served on Respondent No. 2.

This Court appreciate the fair approach of Mr. Amit Palkar, learned A.P.P. He further tenders a request made by Respondent No. 2 seeking legal assistance in the matter. 4.

In view of the request made by Respondent No. 2 for legal assistance, Mr. Amit Singh, learned Advocate on the Legal-aid Panel of this Court, who is present in the Court, is requested to represent Respondent No. 2.

At the request of the Court, Mr. Amit Singh, learned Advocate has agreed to appear and represent the victim/Respondent No. 2 in the present Bail Application.

Mr. Amit Palkar, learned A.P.P. is requested to communicate Respondent No. 2 about the appointment of Mr. Amit Singh, learned Advocate, as her lawyer to represent her in the present Bail Application. Maharashtra Legal-aid Committee to take a note of appointment of Mr. Amit Singh, learned Advocate, under the Legalaid Scheme to represent Respondent No. 2 in the present Bail Application.

Ms. Suvarna Yadav, learned Advocate for the Applicant assures the Court to immediately furnish a copy of entire paper-

book of the present Bail Application to Mr. Amit Singh, learned Appointed Advocate. She requests that the matter be taken up today at the earliest, in view of the medical procedure on Applicant being scheduled on the instant Saturday.

Mr. Amit Singh, learned Appointed Advocate agrees to prepare himself and address the Court, post lunch. 9.

At the joint request and by consent of the parties, call the matter post lunch at 3.00 p.m.
