Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since 12.03.2024. It is his submission that the trial has not commenced till date. He therefore seeks direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial. 2.

Learned APP on instructions about 10 to 12 witnesses would be examined before the Trial Court and hence reasonable time is required to be given to the conclusion of the trial.
