By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 740 of 2023 registered with Chikhali Police Station, Dist. Pune for the offences punishable under sections 395, 397, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(i), 3(4) of the MCOC Act, 1999.

Mr. Bhavake, learned Advocate for the Applicant crave leave to withdraw this Bail Application to file a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted by this Court by order dated 27th February 2025 in Talwalkar
