The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent-State informs that the present Applicant had also preferred Bail Application before the Trial Court during the pendency of the present Bail Application. He submits that the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Belapur (Navi Mumbai) has granted bail to the Applicant vide order dated on 11th September 2025 passed below Exhibit-9 in NDPS Special Case No.934 of 2023.
