By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.78 of 2025 registered with Deccan Police Station District Pune. Criminal Bail Application No. 3119 of 2025 filed by the Applicant was rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune by order dated 11th June, 2025.

Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that the prosecution has filed charge sheet on 27th June, 2025. In view of the said change in circumstance, on instructions from the Applicant he craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application, with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court. Mr. A. A. Palkar, learned APP for the State, does not object to the request made by Mr. Mundargi, learned Advocate for the Applicant. 5.

In view of the above, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court. If such Application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.

Criminal Bail Application No. 2657 of 2025 is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
