Heard Mr. Kalpesh Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He has circulated the matter for speaking to the minutes of order dated 9th July 2025, seeking correction in paragraph nos. 3 and 14(c) & (d) of the order, as mentioned in the praecipe dated 11th July 2025. He states that the said order dated 9th July 2025 is not corrected as per the corrections mentioned in the praecipe dated 11th July 2025, more particularly mentioned in bold. Reference to sections in paragraph no. 2 of the order dated 9th July 2025 needs to be corrected.

In view of the above, correction in paragraph nos. 3 and 14(c) & (d) of the order dated 9th July 2025, as mentioned in the praecipe dated 11th July 2025, more particularly mentioned in bold, i.e. RCC No. 234 of 2025 to be replaced with Sessions Case No. 55 of 2025 and word 'Pune' to be replaced with 'Satara', need to be corrected. In addition, paragraph no. 2 of the said order be Gitalaxmi

Order dated 9th July 2025 be corrected accordingly and the corrected copy of the said order be uploaded on the official website of this Court.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.
