This is an information by Mr. Pranav Narsaria, learned Advocate, who was appointed to represent Respondent No.2. In the order dated 27th January 2026, this Court had noted that he had not caused his appearance in the matter on the past two dates.

Mr. Narsaria submits that he was not served with the notice of the Application and hence, he was not intimated about the date, which was preponed. In these circumstances, 4th February 2026

P1-BA-2669-2025.DOC he was unable to appear in the matter on that date. By the said order, since Mr. Narsaria was not present, this Court had appointed Mr. Keral Mehta to represent Respondent No.2. 4.

In these circumstances, Mr. Narsaria has informed the Court that notice of mentioning and listing of the matter was not given to him. Accordingly, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the said order stand deleted.
