Ms. Shinde, learned APP states that the charge is already framed against the Applicant in the subject crime and two witnesses have been examined. The prosecution will examine total ten witnesses and complete the examination of remaining eight witnesses within a period of nine months.

2) In response, Ms. Dhuri, learned appointed Counsel for the Applicant states that, the Application may be disposed of with liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail if the prosecution fails to examine the remaining eight witnesses as aforesaid.

3) In view thereof, the Application stands disposed of with liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail after nine months from today if hearing of the remaining eight prosecution witnesses is not over within nine months from today.
