On 9th July 2025, the following order was made :- "1.

This Application is registered on the basis of a request made by the Applicant from jail. The request is by way of a letter dated 25th April, 2025. Perused the same. 2.

Ms. Keral Mehta, learned Advocate on the Panel of the Legal Aid, who is present in Court, is requested to appear on behalf of the Applicant.

Learned APP Mr. A. A. Palkar is requested to furnish a copy of the charge-sheet and any other documents as would be required by the learned Advocate appointed today, considering the Applicant is in jail.

The High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to take note of the appointment of Ms. Keral Mehta as the Advocate for the Applicant and provide her legal fee. Gitalaxmi

Mr. A. A. Palkar is also requested to communicate this order of appointment of Ms. Keral Mehta to the Applicant. 6.

At the request of the learned Advocate for the Applicant, list the matter on 1st August, 2025." 2.

Mr. Naagesh Khedkkar, learned Advocate appears and submits that he has instructions from the Applicant to represent him before this Court in the present Bail Application. He therefore seeks leave to file his vakalatnama. He further seeks time to file a copy of charge-sheet on record. Leave granted. 3.

Mr. Amit Palkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object to grant request made by Mr. Naagesh Khedkkar to file a copy of charge-sheet on record.

Ms. Ketal Mehta, learned Appointed Advocate through Legalaid Panel to continue to appear in the matter. 5.

At the request of Mr. Naagesh Khedkkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and by consent of the parties, list the matter on 6th August 2025.
