After hearing the matter for sometime, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Ms. Anima Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 6 months from the date on which this order is 6th November 2025

24-BA-2675-2025.DOC presented to the Trial Court concerned, if the trial does not conclude within the said period.

The aforesaid direction is given to the Trial Court concerned pursuant to the statement made by Mr. Yogesh Dabke, learned APP representing the State in the matter, on instructions, that out of 11 witnesses, 6 witnesses have already been examined and only 5 witnesses remain to be examined.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
