Crime in the present case includes offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ("POCSO Act" for short). Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Upon the Amendment being carried out, issue notice to the Respondents. Dr. A. A. Takalkar appears and waives service of notice on Respondent No.1.
