After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant reliefs as prayed in the Bail Application, Mr. Veerdhawal Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the Bail Application.

The Applicant is in custody since 9th June 2020 and as such, has suffered incarceration for 5 years and 4 months. In 13th October 2025

39-BA-2688-2025.doc these circumstances, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and preferably to conclude the same within a period of one year from the date on which this order is presented before it.

The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application after a period of one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.

Application is disposed as withdrawn.
