After hearing the matter for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the relief, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to renew the request after three months, if there is no progress in the trial proceedings. Leave granted. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
