Ms. Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant has moved a praecipe dated 15th July, 2025 pointing out a typographical error in the Bail condition Nos. 10(a) and (b) of the order dated 11th July, 2025 passed in Bail Application No. 2708 of 2025 with reference to the description of the Court. She submits that the correct Court would be the Additional Sessions Judge, Mangaon, District-Raigad.

In view of the above, Bail Condition Nos. 10(a) and (b) be corrected and replaced as follows :

a) Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 29 of 2025, registered with Shriwardhan Police Station, upon furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Mangaon, District-Raigad.

b) Applicant shall regularly appear before the Additional Sessions Judge, Mangaon, District-Raigad as and when the hearing in RCC No. 60 of 2025 is fixed, unless exempted by the Trial Court.
