Mishra states that he appears on the Legal Aid and he does not have access to any other document than those furnished to him by the Legal Aid Cell. Mr. P.H. Gaikwad learned APP states he shall provide a copy of the entire charge-sheet to the learned Advocate for the Applicant, within one week from today. Mr. Priyanshu Mishra states that a copy of the same shall be produced on record within a week thereafter. Leave granted.
