Mr. A. A. Palkar points out to an order dated 2nd July, 2025, by which Criminal Bail Application No.2561 of 2025 filed by the present Applicant is listed on 8th July, 2025. He submits that the Applicant is before this Court seeking Bail in the same offence, by way of two Bail Applications.

Mr. Padmasinh P. Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that is not aware of the Second Bail Application No.2561 of 2025, and he requires time to verify. He prays for time till Friday.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, though Criminal Bail Application No. 2561 of 2025 is scheduled on 6th August, 2025, the same is preponed to 18th July, 2025 along with the present Bail Application.
