Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that Mr. Murtaza Najmi who had addressed arguments at length on behalf of the Applicant and had appeared in the aforestated matter on the last several occasions, however his name was not reflected in the Appearance column of the order dated 29th April 2026, and hence requested to mention the same in the order.
