Heard Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that one of the ground on which the Applicant is seeking bail is non-compliance of provisions of Section 42 of the NDPS Act. He points out to page 51 to submit that though the said document pertains to information is dated 28th March, 2024, however, the endorsement on the said document indicates that the superior was notified of the said letter as on 29th March, 2024 i.e. next day. 2.

Issue notice to Respondent.

Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the State. He submits that the Applicant has not furnished a copy of the Bail Application. Learned Advocate for the Talwalkar
