By the present application, Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C.R. No.158 of 2025 registered with Mhasrul Police Station, Nashik.

Ms. Takalkar, learned APP for the State submits that though the Applicant has filed the present bail Application, however the Applicant is also before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-3 Nashik by way of Bail Application No.1343 of 2025. She submits that the said bail application filed by the Applicant is pending.

Faced with the said situation, Mr. Chetan Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the Applicant sought a pass over to take instructions. After some time, Mr. Chetan Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application in view of the pendency of the Bail Application No.1343 of 2025. He submits that liberty be granted to pursue the said bail application.

Ms. A. A. Takalkar, learned APP for the State, has no objection for withdrawal of the present bail application and the Applicant pursuing his remedy before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik.

In view of the statement made by the Mr. Chetan Deshmukh, leave granted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to pursue the pending Bail Application No.1343 of 2025. 7.
In view of the above, Bail Application No.2755 of 2025 dismissed as withdrawn.
