Learned APP drew attention of the Court to the order dated 9th February 2026 passed in Bail Application No. 1066 of 2025 by this Court rejecting the application for bail. It seems that the present application is received from jail. 3.

In view of the fact that the application filed by the Applicant is decided on merit by order dated 9th February 2026, this Court finds no reason to entertain a fresh application at this stage. Hence, Application is disposed of 4.
