By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking Bail in Crime No.85 of 2024, registered with Kurduwadi, Police Station, District Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 309 of Indian Panel Code (for short the 'IPC').

After having heard the matter for some time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined, Mr. Jaydeep Mane, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application, with liberty to file a fresh Application before the Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances.
