After hearing Learned Counsel for the Applicant for some time and when this Court on the ground of non furnishing of the grounds of arrest in the language known to the Applicant has refused to grant bail, Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is arrested three and half years back and till date charge is not framed against the accused persons. Learned APP seeks time to take instructions in this regard. 2.
