By the present Application, Applicant is seeking Bail in Crime No. 480 of 2025 of Hadapsar Police Station, Pune registered for offences punishable under Sections 108, 85, 80, 115(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (for short the "BNNS"). 3.
Criminal Bail Application filed by the Applicant was rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune on 1st July, 2025. 4.
Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigation Officer, Hadapsar Police Station, District Pune, who is present in Court states that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet will be filed on or before 1st August, 2025. Statement Gayatri Shimpi

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, Mr. A. R. Avachat, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court upon filing of the charge-sheet. Leave as prayed for is granted. In the event any fresh Bail Application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
