Heard Mr. Sameer Hatle, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant is seeking Bail on the ground of the Applicant suffering from Ischaemic Heart Desease and paralysis. In view of the same he prays for an order calling for the medical report from the jail authorities. He on instruction states that the Applicant is admitted in Sir J. J. Hospital, Mumbai.
