During the course of hearing of this Bail Application, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant had 1/2

6-ba2783-25.doc consensual relationship with the victim and hence the question of he committing raped with the help of the accused does not arise. In order to support the submission, he sought to place reliance on some photographs and chats between the Applicant and the victim. Copies are made over to the learned counsel for Respondent No.2 and the learned APP.
