During the course of the hearing, prima-facie this Court found substance in the contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant that the informant is changing her stand as per her convenience. In this regard, reference is made to the affidavit filed before the Sessions Court indicating that the Applicants are innocent, whereas it is informed to the Court 06th APRIL, 2026

9-BA-2783-2025 & BA-3232-2025 vai that on the first date of hearing, the victim appeared before this Court and made the allegations against the Applicants of pressurizing.

In such circumstances, this Court finds it appropriate to ensure that the Applicant is present before the Court and clarify the said stands. The Investigating Officer is present before the Court to inform the prosecutorix to remain present before this Court on 8th April, 2026.
