By the present Application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 253 of 2022 registered at Junnar Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Section 376(AB) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act. The said crime is registered as Special Case No. 123 of 2022(newly numbered as Special Case No. 211 of 2025) and is pending Talwalkar

2-BA-2786-2025.odt before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Junnar, Pune. s 3.

After having heard the matter for some time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the Application, Ms. Sahana Manjesh, learned Advocate on instruction from the Applicant crave leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances.

Leave granted to withdraw the Bail Application. In the event of change in circumstances, the Applicant is always at liberty to apply before the learned Trial Court. If such application is filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
